Qualifications

• Experience in SDR/BDR, tele sales, appointment setting or B2B engagement.
• Experience generating or qualifying B2B leads and moving prospects from engagement to MQL/SQL.
• Strong phone presence, listening and discovery-questioning skills.
• Clear, concise written communication and note-taking in CRM.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting by phone, email, and LinkedIn to reach decision-makers.
• Qualify leads using consultative questioning; assess needs and buying process.
• Generate MQLs, BANT-qualified leads and SQLs per campaign criteria.
• Book qualified meetings or hand over opportunities with notes and next steps.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and complete follow-ups within timelines.
• Meet activity, quality and conversion targets while following scripts and rules.
