Job summary

Surgo is seeking English-speaking SDRs and BDRs to support international B2B sales campaigns. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, appointment setting, CRM administration and follow-up across international markets.

You'll work with Australia/UK campaigns, generating and qualifying leads (MQLs, BANT, SQLs) and booking meetings. Requires proven B2B sales or tele-sales experience, strong English, and comfort with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Essential SDR/BDR experience in B2B sales or tele-sales.
• Experience generating or qualifying B2B leads and navigating from engagement to MQL/BANT/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting by phone and email to engage decision-makers.
• Use consultative questioning to understand prospect needs and buying process.
• Generate and qualify leads across funnel and book qualified meetings.
• Identify decision-makers and stakeholders in software/tech/business services purchases.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and complete follow-up within timelines.
• Meet activity and quality targets while adhering to scripts and data rules.
• Participate in coaching and campaign training and apply feedback on calls.
