Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in a commercial support, sales support, trading, logistics, or supply chain environment.
• International supply chain/trade experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial team in preparing quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial offers.
• Obtain pricing information and freight rates from suppliers and logistics providers.
• Maintain continuity across markets and customer portfolios.
• Monitor transactions and ensure timely deal execution.
• Track shipments and liaise with logistics providers on delivery matters.
• Support finance, compliance and logistics-related commercial activities.
• Create and maintain customer records in internal systems.
• Prepare order templates and documentation for processing.
• Analyse large volumes of pricing, freight and data.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Assist with operational issue resolution affecting service or execution.
