You will manage complex assignments autonomously from a remote location, advising clients and shaping talent strategies.

You will leverage an extensive network and sophisticated methodologies to attract top leadership talent for confidential, high-impact roles, mentoring junior consultants along the way.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in executive search, especially in top-tier or global consultancies.
• Proven track record of placing senior executives (C-suite, VP, Director).
• Exceptional network of relationships with senior professionals.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and consulting capabilities.
• Outstanding communications, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, high-stakes executive search assignments from initiation to completion.
• Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to engage passive senior candidates.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
• Provide strategic counsel on talent acquisition, market intelligence and organizational design.
• Conduct rigorous assessments including interviews, psychometrics and reference checks.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices in executive search.
