Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research to identify executive candidates (C-suite, VP, Director).
Develop and execute search strategies utilizing networks to reach passive candidates.
Engage with candidates through multiple channels and assess fit.
Conduct competency-based interviews to evaluate skills and culture fit.
Present shortlisted candidates with profiles and feedback to clients.
Manage offers, salary negotiations and background checks for a smooth process.
Build and maintain a network within target industries and stay updated on market trends.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery of searches.
