Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, HR or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years Workday Reporting & Analytics experience.
• Experience developing Workday reports, dashboards and analytical solutions.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
• Strong SQL, Excel and Power Query skills.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and translating business requirements into reporting solutions.

• Develop Workday Advanced, Matrix and Composite Reports, Discovery Boards, Dashboards and Worksheets.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Develop KPI frameworks and workforce reporting standards.
• Enable self-service analytics and reporting adoption.
• Build dashboards and visualisations.
• Deliver workforce analytics, trends and executive insights.
• Use data storytelling techniques to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain Workday Prism datasets and pipelines.
• Utilise SQL, Power Query and Excel for data analysis and reconciliation.
• Ensure data quality, governance and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Technology and business stakeholders.
