The Recruitment Council in Gauteng, South Africa seeks a Senior Power BI Developer to design, build, and optimize advanced BI dashboards and data models that drive strategic business insights. You will work with senior stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure BI solutions.

You will lead governance efforts, mentor junior teammates, and stay ahead of Power BI developments to continuously enhance analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Experience implementing data governance and security within BI solutions.

Responsabilités

Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
Drive analytics strategy, standards, and BI roadmap alignment.
Apply data governance, shared datasets, and scalable data models.
Model data with robust, scalable structures and optimize performance.
Collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into technical specs.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior BI developers.
Stay updated on Power BI developments to elevate solution quality.
