Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Partner and Customer Enablement Lead in South Africa to drive structured onboarding, enablement, and high-quality learning across international programmes.

You will coach partner trainers, cascade learning, and ensure training outcomes while managing software configurations and stakeholder engagement. This role includes up to 40% international travel and a strong focus on adoption metrics.

Qualifications

• Teaching or training qualification with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience training teams remotely in low- and middle-income countries.
• Strong understanding of software products, configuration processes, and how customer adoption works in practice.
• Demonstrable experience managing customer or partner relationships, setting expectations, and driving programmes toward stronger outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, enablement, and in-country software user training using digital and non-digital assets.
• Deliver demonstrations and hands-on facilitation when needed beyond self-learning.
• Support field monitoring visits and align partners with software releases and updates.
• Coach and develop teams and Train-the-Trainer programmes to ensure quality delivery.
• Quality-assure cascade models through observation, monitoring, and feedback.
• Monitor adoption outcomes and intervene to improve usage and engagement.
