Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Partner and Customer Enablement Lead based in South Africa to drive enablement, training, and QA across international programmes. You will coach partner trainers, cascade learning, and ensure training quality while collaborating with product, data, and programme management teams.

With up to 40% international travel, you will identify adoption gaps, improve user behavior, and deliver measurable outcomes across multiple countries in a distributed, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Teaching or training qualification and at least 2 years of experience as a teacher, trainer, or facilitator.
• Experience delivering remote training to teams in low- and middle-income countries.
• Strong understanding of software products, configuration, and customer adoption dynamics.
• Experience managing customer or partner relationships and driving programmes to outcomes.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation, and communication skills; capable of giving constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, enablement, and in-country software user training using digital and non-digital assets.
• Deliver demos and hands-on facilitation when needed beyond self-directed learning.
• Support field visits and ensure alignment with software releases and updates.
• Coach core teams, lead trainers, and partners to enable independent delivery.
• Quality-assure Train-the-Trainer and cascade models through monitoring and feedback.
• Identify adoption gaps and drive behavioural change through coaching and configuration reviews.
• Manage multiple country programmes with capacity planning and project management.
