Job summary

Jobgether SRL in South Africa partners to fill a Project Manager role focused on Strategy & Impact Business Enablement. You will lead strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and govern complex programs to drive organizational impact.

You will work with senior leaders and external partners to turn business needs into actionable plans, with emphasis on governance, risk management, and executive decision support. This hybrid role emphasizes continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Five to eight years of overall business experience, including 3–4 years leading projects.
Post-secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or related discipline.
Certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent.
Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and close-out across the lifecycle.
Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, and process mapping.
Proven ability to manage scope, risks, issues, and changes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with Agile, hybrid, and traditional PM methodologies.
Knowledge of governance, executive support, and business transformation.
Experience coordinating vendors and external partners.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and PM tools.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives across the full lifecycle.
Define objectives, scope, success measures, dependencies, schedules, governance, and delivery plans.
Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping.
Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests with escalation options.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Prepare executive updates, risk assessments, and decision-ready materials.
Support Agile and hybrid delivery with backlog and roadmap planning.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including communications and partnerships.
Strengthen governance, requirements-gathering, and stakeholder engagement practices.
Coach stakeholders and teams on effective project delivery in dynamic environments.
