Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Integration Manager & Technical Support Specialist in South Africa. You will own merchant onboarding, configure integrations, validate APIs, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth Go-Live experiences.

Qualifications

• This role requires hands-on experience with system logs and monitoring tools to trace transaction errors.
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and JSON structures for integration troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and develop remediation plans under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical merchant onboarding by configuring integrations, payment routing, and payment methods across PSPs and card solutions.
• Manage API access and environments, issuing API keys and ensuring production readiness.
• Validate API requests and troubleshoot integration issues using Postman to resolve live issues before go-live.
• Investigate transaction incidents by analyzing payloads, SQL queries, logs, and monitoring data to identify root causes.
• Use Grafana and other observability tools to trace errors across systems and reproduce issues in controlled environments.
• Replicate and isolate reported bugs to determine merchant vs platform origin.
• Provide clear, actionable escalations to Engineering and support teams for deep-dive fixes.
• Support final verification and production readiness for merchants prior to launch.
• Translate technical findings for international merchants and stakeholders in concise reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports throughout troubleshooting and resolution.
• Remain accountable for issues through resolution with timely, reliable execution.
