Job summary

The Management Recruitment Group (MRG) is seeking a proactive Marketing & Content Creator to bring our brand and expertise to life. This role combines copywriting, social media management, asset creation and data-driven insights, working with the Group Marketing & Operations Director across international offices to deliver engaging marketing activity.

Based in Cape Town with a young, dynamic team, you will develop content, support campaigns, shape market positioning and help grow brand awareness

Qualifications

• Excellent written English and ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels.
• Practical marketing experience, copywriting, content planning and social media management.
• Confident creating marketing assets using Canva and/or Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging copy for LinkedIn, website pages, blogs, newsletters and brochures.
• Maintain content calendar and coordinate input from consultants and international teams.
• Create on-brand assets for social media, campaigns and reports using Canva and InDesign.
• Plan, publish and manage content across LinkedIn and support colleague personal-brand content.
• Track and report on LinkedIn engagement, website activity and campaign performance.
