The Management Recruitment Group (MRG) in Cape Town is seeking a proactive Marketing & Content Creator to bring our brand and expertise to life. You will write clear copy, manage social channels and produce on-brand assets for a fast-paced, international business.

Working with the Group Marketing & Operations Director and colleagues across offices, you will turn ideas into engaging campaigns, support talent communities and help grow our market presence with data-driven content.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English with ability to adapt tone for audiences and channels.
• Practical marketing experience including copywriting, content planning and social media management.
• Comfort with creating marketing assets using Canva and Adobe InDesign.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, collaborative approach across teams and countries with a results focus.
• Interest in understanding performance and using data to improve activity.

Responsabilités

• Write clear, engaging copy for LinkedIn, websites, blogs, newsletters and brochures.
• Maintain and deliver the marketing content calendar with input from consultants and international teams.
• Turn sector knowledge and interviews into content that demonstrates MRG’s expertise.
• Adapt messaging for different sectors and locations while keeping a global brand voice.
• Plan, publish and manage content across LinkedIn and support personal-brand content for colleagues.
• Monitor engagement and route enquiries, building meaningful conversations across channels.
• Identify conversations and opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
• Support consultants in sharing timely, on-brand content.
• Create branded assets for campaigns, reports and presentations; use Canva and InDesign to produce professional content.
• Work with templates and brand guidelines; ensure consistency across markets.
• Manage assets with attention to turnaround times and quality.
• Plan and deliver integrated campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation and thought leadership.
• Coordinate activity with regional marketing champions across time zones.
• Ensure campaigns have clear purpose, audience and follow-up processes.
• Link marketing activity to meaningful outcomes like enquiries and meetings.
• Track measures (LinkedIn, website, email, campaigns) and report results; explain implications and suggest improvements.
• Use LinkedIn analytics, GA4 and CRM reports to inform decisions.
• Demonstrate how activity drives opportunities without overstating attribution.
