Job summary

PwC South Africa's South Africa Technology & Innovation Centre (SATIC) seeks a Global Learning Services Senior Associate to drive LMS administration, learning technology support, testing and governance across Cornerstone OnDemand, Growth Centre, Global Catalogue and Atlas Cloud. The role focuses on operational delivery, reporting and continuous improvement in a global, virtual environment.

The position requires hands-on LMS administration experience (Cornerstone preferred), end-to-end lifecycle

Qualifications

• Mandatory hands-on LMS administration experience, preferably Cornerstone OnDemand.
• Experience managing end-to-end LMS lifecycle including content deployment, assignments, audience management, certifications and reporting.
• Experience coordinating operational projects, testing, validation or process improvements.
• Experience supporting global stakeholders in a professional services or multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain learning platforms including Cornerstone OnDemand and related tools.
• Manage the end-to-end learning lifecycle: content deployment, learner assignments, audience management, certifications, reporting, archiving and retirement.
• Coordinate testing (UAT, regression) and quality assurance for enhancements and platform updates.
• Produce reports, conduct metadata reviews and support governance and decision-making.
• Maintain SharePoint content, templates and user guidance materials.
• Deliver stakeholder communications and upskill sessions across global learning teams.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support adoption and continuous improvement of learning technology.
