• Proficient in integration with Employee Central and external content platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with global stakeholders.
• Experience creating functional specifications, test cases, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System including design, configuration, testing, and training.
• Conduct business analysis and requirement-gathering workshops to align learning solutions with objectives.
• Configure LMS components: Learning Items, Curricula, Programs, Assignment Profiles, Scheduled Offerings.
• Support ILT, eLearning, and Blended Learning delivery; manage assessments, surveys, and certification management.
• Manage user roles, security permissions, approval workflows, and learning plans.
• Integrate LMS with Employee Central and third-party content providers; leverage reporting tools like Plateau and Story Reports.
• Develop training materials and end-user guides; deliver end-user training sessions.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) as part of a broader HR transformation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for full lifecycle project delivery, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, integration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. The role is pivotal in enabling modern, effective learning strategies aligned with the organization’s development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System, including solution design, configuration, testing, and training.

Conduct business analysis and requirement-gathering workshops to align learning technology solutions with organizational objectives.

Configure core LMS components, including:

Learning Items, Curricula, Programs, Assignment Profiles, and Scheduled Offerings

Instructor-Led Training (ILT), eLearning, and Blended Learning

Learning Assessments, Surveys, and Certification Management

Manage user roles, security permissions, approval workflows, and learning plans within the LMS.

Integrate the LMS with:

Employee Central

Third-party content providers

Reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Plateau Reports, Story Reports)

Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and end-user training sessions.

Lead test planning, execute UAT, and support deployment and post-go-live activities.

Minimum Qualifications:
