The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in HR/Business, brings 7+ years in HR Operations or Shared Services, and has strong Workday HRIS experience, analytics skills, and stakeholder engagement. Global exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years in HR operations or shared services.
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday) and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR service delivery across multiple regions.
• Manage full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare contracts, amendments and termination documents; ensure compliance.
• Act as main contact for employees, managers, recruiters, and HR Partners.
• Maintain HR systems, records and reporting.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and data integrity.
• Drive process improvements and standardisation.
• Coach HR team members as SME in HR.
