Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead HR operations in a fast-paced, multinational environment. You will own the full employee lifecycle, drive system enhancements in Workday, coordinate payroll inputs, and partner with HRBPs and managers across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• At least 7 years in HR operations/shared services.
• Strong onboarding/offboarding and lifecycle experience.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operational service delivery across multiple regions.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, transfers.
• Prepare and maintain contracts and termination docs; ensure compliance.
• Be a key contact for employees, managers, recruiters, HR Business Partners.
• Maintain HR systems, records, and reporting.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure data accuracy.
• Drive process improvements, standardisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach HR team members as SME within HR.
