Job summary

Trending Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to deliver efficient HR operations across multiple countries and support Workday administration. You will respond to employee and manager queries, assist with onboarding, benefits administration and immigration documentation, and ensure compliance with local employment laws and company standards.

The role reports to the People Operations Manager in Portugal and requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality and excellent

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is required.
Experience in HR operations/administration in a multinational environment is essential.
Experience with Workday and HRIS is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle administration across multiple countries.
Prepare and maintain employment contracts, amendments, onboarding documents and employee correspondence.
Coordinate onboarding with employees, managers and payroll providers to ensure a seamless experience.
Provide day-to-day HR operational support through Workday Help and other channels.
Guide employees on Workday self-service functionality and HR processes.
Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and HR systems with data privacy compliance.
Support payroll information consolidation and reporting.
Assist with benefits administration and immigration documentation.
Provide guidance on country-specific HR policies and escalate complex matters.
