Job summary

Digicall Group seeks an experienced HR Generalist to deliver compliant HR administration and operational support across the employee lifecycle. You will work with employees, managers and HR stakeholders, spanning multiple countries, ensuring a consistent employee experience while upholding local laws and global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, industrial psychology or related field.
• 5+ years in HR operations/administration in multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle across multiple countries.
• Support Workday administration and payroll data consolidation.
• Onboard, offboard and changes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Provide day-to-day HR support via Workday Help and other channels.
• Coach employees/managers on Workday self-service functionality.
• Maintain accurate records in HR systems with data privacy in mind.
• Support payroll data consolidation and reporting.
• Assist with benefits administration and immigration documentation.
• Advise on country-specific HR policies and processes.
• Ensure timely HR services and stakeholder satisfaction.
