Job summary

Sasol Germany GmbH is seeking a People Analytics Specialist to drive strategic, data-based workforce insights at a global level. You will partner with HR, business leaders and Centers of Expertise to translate complex people data into clear recommendations that support evidence-based decisions on hiring, retention, mobility, performance, compensation and diversity.

Applicants will combine consulting, statistical analysis, data science and storytelling to identify trends, risks and opportunities

Qualifications

University Bachelor’s degree is required.
11+ years of relevant professional experience.
Strong analytical depth with business understanding.
Proven experience communicating insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead global workforce analytics projects across recruitment, retention, mobility, performance, compensation and diversity.
Translate HR and business challenges into structured analytical statements and actionable insights.
Develop dashboards and analytical products using Power BI, Python, SQL, Excel and SAP SuccessFactors.
Contribute to analytics standards, methodologies and data quality practices.
Collaborate across functions and geographies to align data sources and reporting logic.
Manage analytics projects end-to-end from scoping to delivery and implementation.
