Placements24 is seeking a visionary Head of Digital Marketing to lead our global digital strategy for an expanding international e-commerce platform. This fully remote leadership role centers on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across all digital channels.

The primary base is Benoni, Gauteng, with global operations. You will lead a distributed team, set clear KPIs, manage significant budgets, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in digital marketing with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in e-commerce digital growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy across all channels.
• Lead a remote, distributed marketing team with strong performance culture.
• Set and monitor KPIs and targets for all campaigns and budgets.
• Oversee large digital advertising budgets for ROI and LTV.
• Drive data-driven optimization and experimentation across channels.
• Collaborate with product, sales and customer success to align objectives.
• Identify new digital marketing technologies and opportunities.
• Manage relationships with external partners and agencies.
• Develop customer segmentation strategies for personalized marketing.
