Job summary

RMG Recruitment is seeking an Operations & Client Liaison Officer to support day-to-day foreign exchange, financial markets, and client service across the Group. You will assist with trade capture, settlements, international payments and back-office operations to ensure accurate processing and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, banking partners and internal teams to maintain service levels and efficient operations while managing risk and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in foreign exchange operations and financial markets would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and KYC/AML requirements.
• Experience with reconciliations, back-office support and trade capture.
• Client service and stakeholder relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee foreign exchange activities and financial market operations.
• Support trade execution and settlement processes.
• Process international payments and banking operations.
• Maintain client/stakeholder relationships and service levels.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across activities.
• Provide back-office support including reconciliations and reporting.
