Job summary

A financial services group operating in the foreign exchange sector, based in the Winelands area, seeks a dynamic Client Relationship Manager to drive client satisfaction, retention, relationship management and revenue growth. The role blends client relationships, regulatory compliance, and business development.

You will build strong relationships with clients and banking partners, identify opportunities to grow the business, and ensure an exceptional client experience across the customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in FX or foreign exchange sector.
• RE5/RE1 qualifications advantageous or required.
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans.
• Strong understanding of SA financial services regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, banking partners and referral partners.
• Develop strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new clients and sales opportunities to grow revenue across group entities.
• Engage with banking partners and negotiate agreements
• Conduct regular client meetings and health checks to identify needs and opportunities.
• Identify process improvements to enhance the client journey and service delivery.
• Maintain client-related documentation and ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on client satisfaction, retention and sales performance.
• Share knowledge across teams to align with client expectations and partner processes.
