Job summary

Healix International is seeking a Commercial, strategic Financial Controller to lead our finance team and protect the financial health of our international business. Location can be Esher, UK, or Cape Town, SA, guiding governance and strategic insight for senior leadership.

The role requires a fully qualified accountant with extensive management accounting experience, FRS 102 expertise, and strong stakeholder management skills to influence across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Proven leadership across management accounting and financial control in international/high-growth settings.
• Strong knowledge of FRS 102, statutory reporting, and VAT/tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end financial operations across global entities.
• Lead the group finance team and partner with senior leadership.
• Oversee budgeting, rolling forecasting, and variance analysis for executives.
• Manage external audits, statutory filings, and international tax compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls and governance in line with FRS 102.
