Job summary

Healix, a global health‑care focused group, seeks a Financial Controller to lead the international finance function from Cape Town or Esher. You will partner with senior leadership to turn complex financial data into actionable insights and strengthen governance across global entities.

Responsibilities include budgeting, multi‑currency cash flow, external audits, VAT/ GST compliance, and P11D submissions, while developing a high‑performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong leadership in management accounting and financial control.
• Proven experience in high-growth or international environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end financial operations and governance across global entities.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasting, and cash flow management in multiple currencies.
• Oversee external audits, VAT/ tax compliance, and statutory filings.
• Develop and coach the group finance team for high performance.
• Drive internal controls and financial process improvements aligned to FRS 102.
