Job summary

Salix Recruitment client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager (CA(SA)) to own financial leadership, reporting, governance and strategic planning in a high-impact role. You will partner with the CEO and Board, lead a finance team and drive improvements in reporting, systems, cash flow and business performance.

The role focuses on using technology and data to transform finance, deliver commercial insight and shape long-term growth in an internationally oriented business based in Cape Town.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualification completed
• Experience leading finance teams
• Strong IFRS and governance knowledge
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems
• Automation and digital transformation interest

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the financial strategy and budgeting processes.
• Provide strategic insights to leadership and support decision making.
• Oversee accounting, tax, regulatory compliance and internal/external audits.
• Lead cash flow management, working capital and banking relationships.
• Drive ERP improvements, automation and data visibility.
• Support acquisitions and strategic initiatives with financial modelling
