Agricruitment is seeking a highly organised, analytical and collaborative administrator to support the commercial and logistics teams driving the international citrus business.

You will assist account managers, handle customer communications on shipments, manage selected clients, and provide admin support for third-party fruit procurement.

Proficiency in MS Office and a relevant tertiary qualification with at least 1 year in commercial, logistics, or export admin is required.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification with minimum 1 year in commercial, logistics, or export administration.
• Experience in fresh produce, agriculture, or export industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Assist account managers in customer relations and reporting.
• Customer communication regarding shipments and program deliveries.
• Day-to-day management of selected clients.
• Assist with shipping claims.
• Administrative support for 3rd party fruit procurement process.
• General support for commercial operations team when required.
