Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years relevant marketing experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Advanced management, numerical capability & computer literacy in the fruit industry.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of allocated customer accounts and identify opportunities to grow sales.
• Act as the primary contact for customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with production, packing, logistics and QA to execute marketing plans.
• Conduct pricing and claim negotiations.
• Coordinate commercial & logistical tasks and generate sales analytics.
