Job summary

Sasol is seeking a seasoned Change Management Leader to shape strategy and enable sustainable adoption across the Sasol Group. You will lead enterprise-wide change initiatives, develop governance and stakeholder plans, and embed methodologies to maximize value.

Responsibilities include partnering with HR, Communications and business leaders, driving a customer-centric culture, and managing risk and communications for complex programmes across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 12 years’ relevant experience in enterprise change management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management with delivery excellence.
• Ability to shape strategy, align stakeholders and enable sustainable adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide change and transformation initiatives across the Sasol Group.
• Develop change strategies, governance frameworks, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Embed change methodologies, tools, and practices that drive adoption and value.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, and Communications to align transformation objectives.
• Drive customer-centric culture and behavioural change aligned to business strategy.
• Oversee communication, impact assessment, and risk management for complex programmes.
• Track adoption, measure effectiveness, and implement improvements.
• Build organisational change capability through leadership enablement and partnerships.
• Design and implement change frameworks, toolkits, and interventions for leaders and teams.
• Coordinate transformation initiatives and manage interdependencies across regions.
