Responsibilities

• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure proper coding and approval of all invoices.
• Maintain and update accounts payable records and reports.
• Process supplier payments and employee expenses; assist with month-end close.
• Support internal/external audits with required documentation.
