Job summary

Euromonitor International seeks an Accounts Payable Executive to join our Cape Town finance team. You will manage supplier invoices, expense claims, and vendor records, ensuring timely payments and accurate processing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, multi-currency processing, and cross-functional support for international offices. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, plus familiarity with Dynamics 365 F&O, is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to process high volumes of transactions accurately.
• Experience with supplier invoices, expense claims, and reconciliations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and post in Dynamics 365.
• Review and process employee expense claims.
• Maintain supplier records and vendor set-up.
• Prepare payment runs and ensure timely payments.
• Respond to payment/invoice queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with audits and provide supporting docs.
• Support international offices with accounting and training as needed.
• Contribute to finance projects and process improvements.
