Cross Border Talents is hiring a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor based in Cape Town. You will provide high-quality support to international customers via phone, webchat, and email, handling bookings, re-bookings, and cancellations with accuracy and care.

• Fluent German language proficiency.
• 12 months of international call centre experience OR airline reservations / travel agency experience.
• Clear criminal and credit record.

Responsabilités

• Update customer records and account information.
• Engage in proactive problem-solving and take full ownership of the customer experience.
