Ignite is seeking a German-speaking Travel Customer Advisor to support international passengers on-site in Cape Town. You will handle new bookings, itinerary changes, and cancellations, using phone, live chat, and email, while resolving issues promptly in a fast-paced travel environment.

You must be fluent in German and English, possess a Matric/Grade 12, and have 12+ months in a global call center or travel industry. A clear credit and criminal background is required.
