Join the customer service team of a leading international travel and holiday company, helping customers manage their holiday bookings and travel arrangements.

In this role, you will support German- and English-speaking customers with holiday bookings, travel-related enquiries and booking changes, delivering a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist international customers via phone, webchat and email.
• Handle holiday bookings, rebookings and cancellations.
• Update customer information and maintain accurate booking records.
• Resolve customer enquiries and proactively address issues.
• Take ownership of the customer experience while maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity and service quality.
• Communicate professionally and confidently in both German and English.

Requirements

• German and English at C1–C2 level.
• At least 12 months of international call-centre experience or experience in airline reservations or a travel agency.

Location: Cape Town, South Africa

Work model: On-site

Schedule: 8-hour rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday.

Remuneration: R25,000 gross per month.
