Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a customer service professional to join our international travel team in Cape Town. You will support German- and English-speaking customers with holiday bookings, travel-related inquiries and booking changes, delivering a smooth and positive customer experience.

The role requires on-site work, 8-hour shifts, and a monthly gross salary of R25,000, with benefits including night-shift allowance, subsidised transport, medical aid, and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• German and English at C1-C2 level.
• At least 12 months of international call-centre experience or experience in airline reservations or a travel agency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• Clear criminal and credit records.
