Job summary

CallForTalents is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Cape Town. You will assist German- and English-speaking customers with holiday bookings, travel inquiries and changes, delivering a smooth, courteous experience.

Requirements include German and English at C1–C2, at least 12 months in international call-centre or travel reservations, Grade 12, and a clear criminal/credit record. 8-hour rotational shifts, Mon-Sun, salary R25,000 gross per month.
