Outsource-X Pty is seeking a German B2B Lead Generation / Sales Agent in Cape Town to join a driven, target‑oriented sales team. Fluency in German (B2 level or higher) and proven B2B sales and lead generation experience are essential.

You will make outbound calls to business clients, qualify leads, book appointments, and contribute to a performance‑driven environment with uncapped commission. Growth opportunities and a collaborative workplace await.

Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month
PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION

• Previous Lead Generation experience – essential
