Formación

• Excellent language skills in professional French and English, written and spoken (C2).
• Ability to speak an additional language such as German or Italian is an advantage.
• Several years of professional experience in the travel industry.

Responsabilidades

• Advising clients by phone and email in French and English.
• Handling customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing.
• Making reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.
• Creating tailored offers and detailed travel itineraries.
• Selling special promotions and exclusive offers.
