Qualifications

• Fluent German and English (C2) in written and spoken.
• Several years of professional travel industry experience.
• GDS knowledge, Amadeus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advising premium clients by phone and email in German and English.
• Handling inquiries from quote to billing for individual trips.
• Making reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.
