Job summary

Meltwater in Cape Town is hiring a Client Success Specialist to manage a portfolio of Enterprise Premium Support clients and ensure delivery of the agreed scope. You will collaborate with the Program Manager, Sales, and cross-functional teams to address client needs in a SaaS environment.

We seek 1+ year of B2B SaaS support, strong English and German communication, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset. The role is hybrid with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B client support experience in SaaS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in business contexts
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Program Manager, MSP)
• Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Premium Support clients
• Handle day-to-day reactive requests by coordinating with Managed Services or Product Support
• Oversee delivery of the customer's scope of work
• Create blueprints for Searches and Dashboards to meet complex client needs
• Provide insights on usage and challenges to CSM/Program Manager
• Collaborate with Program Manager to enhance enterprise support offerings
• Support Program Manager with operational tasks for deliveries
• Identify out-of-scope requests and align stakeholders on scope
