Job summary

Red Ember Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Consultant (German C1) for their client. We are looking for self-motivated, disciplined, and solution-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will assist airline passengers worldwide with flight-related queries. Requirements include advanced German proficiency at C1 level, excellent German and English communication, and the ability to work in a 24/7, shift-based environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced German proficiency at C1 level (Required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English.
• Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to deliver exceptional service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage customer interactions professionally.
• Option 1: Grade 12 + 6–12 months' experience.
• Option 2: NQF Level 3 + 2–3 years' experience.
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Education, or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist airline passengers worldwide with flight-related queries.
• Research and navigate airline policies to resolve inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, or chat.
