Responsibilities include assisting German-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat, delivering accurate product and pricing information, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate data entry across platforms to support customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant work experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Valid National ID and Matric Certificate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with German customers via phone, email and chat.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
• Data entry in various platforms.
