SURGO seeks a German‑speaking SDR/BDR to support international B2B campaigns from Cape Town. You will drive outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and schedule meetings while maintaining CRM accuracy and following up within campaign timelines.

Ideal candidates have SDR/BDR or tele sales experience, fluent German and English, and the ability to conduct discovery in both languages. Working hours may align with Australian or UK campaigns; SA time compatibility applies.

Formación

• Relevant SDR/BDR or tele sales experience in B2B campaigns.
• Experience generating or qualifying B2B leads through MQL/BANT/SQL stages.
• Strong phone presence and discovery-questioning skills.
• Clear written communication and accurate notes in CRM.
• Comfortable with targets and daily activity metrics.
• Willing to work SA time zones (SAST).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound prospecting by phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers.
• Open conversations professionally, establish relevance and use consultative questioning to understand the prospect's situation.
• Generate and qualify leads across funnel including MQLs, BANT-qualified leads and SQLs.
• Identify decision-makers, influencers and stakeholders in software/IT services purchases.
• Book qualified meetings or hand over sales-ready opportunities with complete notes and next steps.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and complete follow-up within timelines.
• Meet activity, quality, conversion, attendance and delivery targets per client requirements.
• Participate in coaching and training and apply feedback on live calls.
• Represent our client and international campaigns with professionalism and cultural awareness.
