Job summary

SURGO (Pty) Ltd is expanding its sales team with native or C2 German-speaking Tech Sales Development Representatives working from home in South Africa. The role focuses on outbound appointment setting, cold calling, and qualification of leads to feed our Account Executives. A fiber Internet connection and South African base are required.

Base salary is R30,000 with a performance-based bonus up to €2,000 monthly. Full IT equipment is provided, and the company observes SA public holidays.

Qualifications

• Fluent German required: speak, read and write.
• Tech sales experience is essential (not call center).
• Resilience and hunter mindset for cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Outbound appointment setting to qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Manage multiple projects across industries with adaptable messaging.
• Conduct proactive prospecting and nurture opportunities through the funnel.
