Initiate is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service & Sales Representative to support an international airline brand from a Cape Town base. You will assist passengers with travel-related enquiries, reservations, and customer concerns, ensuring professional and efficient support throughout their journey.

The role requires native-level German or advanced proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced contact centre with rotational shifts, including weekends

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in German or advanced level with strong written and spoken skills.
• Based in South Africa (Cape Town area).
• Experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist German- and English-speaking passengers with travel-related enquiries before and after flights.
• Handle calls and written inquiries related to reservations and travel arrangements.
• Use airline reservation systems to access information and provide accurate assistance.
• Respond to passenger complaints and resolve service issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of customer service while meeting KPIs.
