Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Management will be advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years' Lodge Management experience or 2-3 years' General Management experience within a luxury hospitality environment (Essential).
• Strong financial acumen and excellent command of the English language.
• Proven track record with contactable references.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all lodge departments, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Finance, Human Resources, and daily Operations.
• Guest-focused with a passion for exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
• Comfortable hosting guests and representing the property professionally.
• Able to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to the demands of a 24-hour hospitality operation.
• Able to manage operational costs and implement effective cost-control measures.
• Capable of motivating, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team while maintaining exceptional operational standards.
