Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in management or hospitality (beneficial).
• Minimum 5 years lodge management experience or 2–3 years general management in high-end establishments (essential).
• Good financial acumen (English).
• Proven track record and contactable references.

Responsibilities

• Strong allrounder with deep knowledge of FOH, F&B, Maintenance, Finances, Operations, HR, etc.
• Guest-focused philosophy and hosting responsibilities.
• Must work accurately under pressure and maintain professionalism.
• Demonstrate and promote flexibility and adaptability for 24-hour operation shifts.
• Respond to changes in job function as dictated by industry, company, or property.
• Manage and monitor all costs and implement measures to control them.
• Provide effective leadership through professional management and encouragement of subordinates.
