HotelJobs is seeking a Strong allround General Manager for a Luxury Lodge in Northern Kruger. This fixed-term role runs from November 2026 to February 2027, with live-in accommodation and meals. Applicants should have 5+ years Lodge Management or 2–3 years GM in high-end establishments, plus project management and financial acumen. Start date as stated, with 24-hour operation coverage.

Salary is R60,000–R70,000 per month, negotiable based on experience. Only suitable candidates will be contacted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Lodge Management experience or 2–3 years General Management Experience in high-end establishments.
• Experience in project management and lodge construction (rebuild in progress).
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage costs.
• Proven track record with contactable references.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across FOH, F&B, Maintenance, Finances, Operations, HR, and related lodge functions.
• Demonstrate guest-focused philosophy and hosting responsibilities.
• Work accurately under pressure and manage flexible shifts for a 24-hour operation.
• Lead and mentor subordinates while monitoring costs and implementing control measures.

Package on offer
