The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in hospitality, at least 5 in senior leadership, and a strong background in revenue management, compliance and health and safety.

GAME RESERVE LODGE – GENERAL MANAGER

Location: Thabazimbi Area, Limpopo Salary: R60,000 – R80,000 gross per month, depending on experience.

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead luxury safari lodge operations in the Limpopo bushveld.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism Management or a related field.
• 10–15 years' hospitality experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing luxury safari lodges or remote luxury operations.
• Strong knowledge of the Southern African luxury tourism and safari market.
• Commercial and financial management capability.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams in remote environments.
• Knowledge of lodge systems, revenue management, compliance, and health and safety legislation.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management and people development skills.
