• Lead guest-focused hosting and service delivery.
• Demonstrate leadership and develop staff across departments.
• Monitor costs and implement cost-control measures.
• Ensure compliance and smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification (or similar) in either Management or Hospitality (Beneficial)
• A minimum of 5 years Lodge Management experience or 2 years General Management Experience (High End Establishments-Essential)
• Good financial acumen (English)
• Very strong with Admin and HR
• Proven track record and contactable references

• Strong allrounder, where both candidates have in depth knowledge of all lodge aspects (FOH, F&B, Maintenance, Finances, Operations, HR etc.)
